Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
Must be able to operate machines and equipment used in the role, including point-of-sale software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment.
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels, and diplomatically handle difficult situations and people while maintaining professionalism, including with bar guests.
Must be able to support the bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages.
Must be able to clean and maintain assigned areas.
Must be able to move around the bar and kitchen area effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards, following company policies and procedures to fulfill guest orders.
Maintain the food preparation area in a clean, well-organized manner.
Deliver food and assist guests as needed.
Maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality with customers and coworkers to promote the company culture.
Maintain general knowledge of the hotel, surrounding area, and events to answer questions.

Summary: Under general supervision, prepares a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders following Company policies and procedures. Maintains the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner while delivering food and assisting guests as needed. Presents a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times to promote the Drury culture with customers and co-workers. Has general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions.

Requires ability to support bartender, but does not make or pour alcoholic beverages.
Requires ability to clean and maintain areas for which responsible.
Requires ability to effectively and efficiently move around bar and kitchen area.
