  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Demand Planning, Analysis, Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, Planning Software, and Microsoft Office
  • BA/BS college degree
  • 2+ years of Demand Planning experience with a consumer products company
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
  • Creates and manages all demand planning tools resulting in SKU and Product group plans
  • Supervises Demand Planners for all Customer Groups
  • Sets safety stock targets and creates inventory buysignalt hatinputs to the supply planning process
  • Analyzes forecast error and uses as input to the demand planning process and demand review
  • Aligns activities to best practices in the department
  • Supervises Demand Planner that has primary responsibility for ROW demand planning that is filled via the HCMC 3PL
  • Liaises with Hydro Flask Europe on demand planning with the goal of aligning strategy
  • Leads Global demand review
  • Manages the timing of new product launches together with Sales and Product Lifecycle Management
  • Manages new product forecasts globally and scales to factory ramp capacity
  • Creates seasonal forecasts that are inputs to capacity and financial plans
  • Performs lost sales analysis in order to project future demand accurately
  • Performs inventory analysis and projections
  • Supports other Helen of Troy Home and Outdoor Brands

  • Experience with Oracle, o9, Power BI
  • Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Sales and Operations Planning experience and knowledge
  • Passion for the outdoor industry
