Responsibilities
  • Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • May coach and review the work of other team members
  • Ensures that partners derive maximum value from their investment in our products
  • Builds and nurtures relationships across accounts
  • Monitors partner usage data, health indicators, partner maturity scores, renewal dates, and growth opportunities
  • Develops an understanding of typical business challenges faced by partners
  • Acts as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely manner
  • Navigates customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with executives and stakeholders
