Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial analysis & modeling
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance or similar quantitative discipline (preferred)
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience building and managing robust financial models within modern infrastructure (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience managing a Data Analytics or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team (preferred)
  • 2+ years of FP&A experience managing a full P&L in a Lending business (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of associates to develop and manage complex financial forecasting models, analyze & explain key drivers of variances compared to expectations.
  • Synthesize and communicate data-driven insights to advise finance and business leadership teams on investments, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with the business and analytical functions to assess opportunities.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to investigate and assess any industry related topics and strategic options.
  • Communicate and influence effectively at the highest levels of the organization.
