Requirements
  • Proven sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in sales (pump or rental industry experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of consultative and value-based selling techniques
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Build your sales pipeline, manage accounts, and establish new business with cold calls, leads, and targeted outreach.
  • Consult with customers to deliver effective solutions, using your expertise to add value and expand Xylem’s footprint.
  • Work with Marketing to increase brand recognition, boost bid reporting, and lead management.
  • From proposals to audits and sales forecasts, you’ll manage every step of the sales cycle.
  • Attend sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and community events as a public relations asset.
