Requirements

15-20 years of experience in the Cards and Payments domain or IT services industry with focus on Cards and Payments or financial services verticals
Strong domain understanding across Cards and Payments value chain – Issuers, Acquirers, Networks, Card Management System, Loyalty and Rewards, Messaging Standards, Security Standards, Transaction processing, Payment rails of at least North America, South Africa, United Kingdom, SEPA etc.
Experience with Cards and Payments industry commercial off-the-shelf products such as Vision Plus, GPP, Volante, ACH, Finzly, etc.
Experience delivering solutions that cover MACH principles - Microservices, Application Programming Interfaces, Cloud, and headless Architecture
Experience leading architecture definition and solution design and overseeing end-to-end implementation programs
Ability to define the technology stack for a proposed solution and lead effort estimation
Ability to work with multiple technical teams and drive solution development
Experience with emerging trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and experience in building a Generative AI based solution is a big plus
5+ years of hands-on experience with target operating model definition, business case creation, program roadmap definition and organization change management
Stakeholder management including hands-on experience interacting with the C-suite (both business and technology) is mandatory
Presentation skills with crisp and clear articulation of the solution
Experience of working with clients across multiple regions – USA, United Kingdom, Europe in a global delivery setup

Responsibilities

Lead Architecture definition and Solution Design and oversee end-to-end implementation programs in Cards and Payments
Define technology stack for proposed solutions and lead the effort estimation
Work with multiple technical teams and drive the solution development
Be well versed with emerging trends and technologies in the artificial intelligence space and experience building Generative AI based solutions is a big plus
Provide hands-on guidance on operating models, business case creation, program roadmap definition and organizational change management with at least 5+ years experience
Demonstrate strong presentation skills and articulate the solution clearly to stakeholders
Engage with clients across multiple regions (USA, UK, Europe) in a global delivery setup and manage stakeholder expectations
Engage with C-suite stakeholders (business and technology) and manage relationships throughout the project lifecycle
