Junior Account Manager - Sales Support
About the job
- Mbo+ or hbo work-and-thinking level, preferably in a commercial or technical field.
- One to three years of experience in account management, sales support, or inside sales; starters with strong drive are also welcome.
- Affinity with government, municipalities, or the energy transition is a plus.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to accuracy.
- Proactive approach, ability to take initiative, and ability to oversee multiple cases.
- Good written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Commercial orientation and ability to work with the team to achieve results.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing municipal customers and opportunities within ongoing concessions.
- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, calculations, and contract preparation.
- Assist with tenders and market consultations through documentation, planning, and substantiation.
- Keep the pipeline and customer data in HubSpot up to date and ensure follow-up is completed.
- Coordinate with Realisatie on planning, requests, and site progress.
- Process customer questions and feedback and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Report progress, results, and market developments to the Head of Sales.
