Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities with a primary focus on inventory, logistics, data analytics, and fulfillment.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the integrated technology stack, including Shopify, Extensiv, Gorgias, Loop Returns, AWIN, Slack, and Trello.
  • Work directly with the CEO to build, refine, and roll out standard operating procedures, and train team members and vendors on them.
  • Manage customer-facing integrations, including returns processing and warehouse fulfillment activities.
  • Serve as the liaison to vendors, confirm service delivery, resolve operational questions, and coordinate the annual request for proposal and request for information process.
  • Complete weekly audits of the website, social media, and press coverage for accuracy, functionality, content, and merchandising opportunities; manage the company LinkedIn account.
  • Manage affiliate marketing operations through AWIN and contract with vendors and content creators.
  • Work with marketing resources to manage and expand the automated question-and-answer library and ensure customer service meets brand standards for responsiveness and outcomes.
  • Complete data collection and analysis for board reporting, forecasting, expense attribution, and pricing decisions at the direction of the CFO.
  • Analyze sales performance, sell-through, preorder demand, inventory levels, return rates, warehouse feedback, and customer satisfaction to inform production planning, supply chain issues, and inventory allocation.
  • Support the build-out of automated reporting by integrating artificial intelligence and other tools to streamline data gathering and key performance indicator tracking.
  • Lead a weekly review of customer activity and open items with the CEO; capture trends and provide monthly and quarterly snapshots of key performance indicators, inventory, and consumer activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and drive proactive replenishment planning across product, packaging, and fulfillment.
  • Own the fulfillment process by reviewing open orders, managing fulfillment priorities, and managing warehouse activities.
  • Oversee returns processing through Loop Returns and Extensiv.
  • Coordinate inbound inventory with the warehouse, including shipment timing and receiving priorities.
  • Maintain inventory records, Item Master data, and receiving documentation in Extensiv.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of the showroom; coordinate and process showroom orders.
  • Monitor, manage, and coordinate Global Trade Item Numbers and the stock-keeping unit library; deliver label files for new production orders.
  • Manage Shopify and website product and content updates as directed by the CEO or web vendor.
  • Source, confirm, and coordinate event logistics.
  • Manage inventory preparation, shipping, delivery, and return for events; process related sales and billing.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure events are fully promoted before, during, and after the events.
  • Support the CEO and CFO by preparing presentations, reports, and company documents.
  • Support organizational projects for the showroom and Scarlett's Closet.
  • Ensure adequate showroom fulfillment and boxing supplies.
  • Participate in daily planning sessions and vendor meetings with the CEO, CFO, or as the primary representative of the brand.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in inventory management, logistics, direct-to-consumer retailing, or apparel.
  • Experience with Shopify and a third-party logistics or inventory management platform such as Extensiv.
  • Experience with Gorgias, Loop Returns, AWIN, Slack, and Trello, along with the capacity to ramp quickly with new tools and platforms.
