About the company

Revin is an AI-powered automation platform for customer interactions in the home services industry. It uses intelligent virtual agents that can handle millions of conversations at once, helping businesses scale while keeping high service quality. The agents are trained on a company’s own content—like call recordings, manuals, and scripts—to match how top human representatives respond in tone and effectiveness. Revin integrates with field service management tools such as ServiceTitan and LeadPerfection, allowing automation of scheduling, outbound campaigns, loyalty programs, and other customer-service workflows without disrupting existing processes. Real-time sentiment analysis monitors conversations and flags issues for human intervention when needed. Revin serves HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and home remodeling sectors, aiming to boost operational efficiency, customer retention, and conversion rates.

  • Revin's agents engage thousands of homeowners and book appointments directly into ServiceTitan.
  • The July 2026 rollout expands into after-hours coverage, reminders, rescheduling, and unsold-estimate re-engagement.

What critics are saying

The system engages homeowners in under two seconds on average and books appointments directly into ServiceTitan. Launched in 2023, Vertex operates with over 800 employees servicing more than 100,000 roofs annually. Revin's AI agents handle inbound calls and texts around the clock, providing omnichannel continuity across voice, SMS and email. The platform manages appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders and re-engagement of unsold estimates. The deployment has reshaped Vertex's lead conversion approach, ensuring 100% of calls are answered at any time. Revin works with operators to configure AI agents to reflect their specific scheduling logic, qualification rules and operating procedures.
