We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of IAS’s core platform, focusing on customer onboarding, integration with the digital advertising ecosystem, and maximizing client use of IAS products. This role is crucial in maintaining IAS’s position as a leader in the ad verification and measurement space.
The ideal candidate has the track record of inspiring and energizing teams to create future visions of the product, articulating customer problems and market opportunities, analyzing industry trends, making priority decisions and clarifying trade-offs, and working with your colleagues across roles to break that down into an adaptable plan that delivers value to our customers. What you’ll get to do:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for IAS’s core platform architecture, including scalable onboarding experiences, user roles, and permissions
- Oversee the design and implementation of self-serve tools, CRM/ERP integrations, API development, and platform scalability for global advertisers and partners
- Drive platform optimization, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implement security features, audit logs, and change management processes
- Collaborate with domain teams to support unique platform requirements and smooth onboarding implementation for new features
- Manage the infrastructure for feature releases and launch processes, while providing in-product messaging and user guidance to increase adoption and usage
- Lead the development of KPIs, analytics, and a feedback loop to continuously improve platform performance and customer onboarding
- Partner with sales and customer success to streamline transitions from sale to active use, and create product documentation and best practice guides
You should apply if you have most of this experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, or related industries, with a strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Expertise in platform architecture, user management systems, and large-scale, high-performance distributed systems.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and customer journey optimization.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience in customer education and training program development.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, drive cross-team collaboration, and align on key initiatives.
New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $172,200. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
