- Manage the entire customer license and maintenance renewal process.
- Create and issue invoices for license renewals and services.
- Gather and prepare data for invoices.
- Follow up with customers regarding collections.
- Maintain customer and maintenance-contract records.
- Interact with customers regarding maintenance-contract renewals.
- Maintain a professional, customer service-oriented environment to promote sales of product licenses.
- Manage weekly reporting, including customer-side requirements and reports for the executive team.
- Support projects and professional services, including timesheet and charge-code management, expense reports, and monthly financial tasks.
- Coordinate with the sales team on new sales activities.
- Support administrative tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and orally.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, meet deadlines, and develop alternative solutions.
- Interact effectively with all levels of management and other employees.
- Bilingual Korean and English skills are preferred, but not required.
- Prior sales administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
- Maintenance renewal experience is preferred, but not required.
- Invoicing experience is preferred, but not required.
