Responsibilities
Routinely clean assigned buildings by sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, stripping, and waxing floors regularly or as needed.
Remove trash and recyclable materials.
Clean restroom facilities daily and supply sufficient paper products.
Wash walls, windows, and sills regularly.
Sweep or shovel snow from stairs and walks to building entrances and keep them free of debris.
Check and lock or unlock building entrances.
Assist the custodial supervisor in completing duties outlined by the Facilities Department.
Maintain professional standards of behavior and dress.
Assume related duties as required or assigned.

Seeking a second shift custodian (approx. 3:00pm - 11:00pm) to join a fun and reliable team!
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of assigned buildings - all in accordance with Racker’s vision and mission. The Custodian serves as an important part of ensuring the health and wellness of all Racker employees and individuals receiving Racker services. The custodian works independently, and also as part of the Facilities Team to ensure the safety, cleanliness and overall functionality of the Racker facilities.
Hourly Rate: $17.50 - $19.50

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent; clean New York State driver’s license
