Responsibilities
  • Prepare products for the bakery department after training in the laboratory’s methods and in accordance with baking tradition.
  • Ensure the quality of production and renew the product offering in line with current consumer trends.
  • Propose, create, and showcase the product offering.
  • Work three weeks on morning shifts from 5:00 to 11:00 and one week on afternoon shifts from 11:00 to 18:00, Monday through Saturday; work Sundays during December.
