Requirements
Current registered nurse license in the State of Oregon.
Valid CPR certification.
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Graduate of an accredited registered nurse School of Nursing.
All employees must complete and clear state-specific background check requirements before contact with residents or patients.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents and patients.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
Complete charting, assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Supervise and support certified nursing assistants and other nursing staff during the shift.
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions when needed.
Help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout the night.
Communicate with residents, families, providers, and team members professionally and compassionately.
Follow all federal, state, facility, and company regulations and nursing standards.
Help maintain a positive, team-focused work environment.
Desired Qualifications
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
Six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our noc shift team. In this role, you will help lead and support clinical care throughout the night while ensuring residents receive safe, high quality care in a calm and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

Requirements
Education
• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing • BSN preferred
Licenses/Certifications
• Current RN Licensure in the State employed • Valid CPR Certification
Experience
• Six months of experience in a long term care environment preferred
