- At least 1 year of experience as a leader, supervisor, or foreman.
- Conversational English and Spanish are required.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or structural construction processes.
- Two years of experience on data center or critical-project work.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Current authorization to work in the United States.
- Supervise and coordinate work crews on active data center construction projects.
- Organize daily activities to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Maintain effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and work teams in English and Spanish.
- Interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Monitor productivity, work quality, and personnel performance.
- Resolve operational problems and adjust activities according to project needs.
- Support the training and development of the work team.
- Additional certifications are a plus.
