  • At least 1 year of experience as a leader, supervisor, or foreman.
  • Conversational English and Spanish are required.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or structural construction processes.
  • Two years of experience on data center or critical-project work.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate work crews on active data center construction projects.
  • Organize daily activities to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Maintain effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and work teams in English and Spanish.
  • Interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
  • Monitor productivity, work quality, and personnel performance.
  • Resolve operational problems and adjust activities according to project needs.
  • Support the training and development of the work team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional certifications are a plus.
