Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Lead, or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment is required.
- Basic computer and documentation skills are required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift is required.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of production associates during the shift.
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Monitor workflow and assign tasks to maximize productivity.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform regular quality inspections and address production issues promptly.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve production concerns.
- Maintain accurate production and attendance records.
- Assist with changeovers, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
