  • Experience producing paid-social creative for ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects, contributors, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A working understanding of direct-response advertising and how paid-media creative differs from traditional brand content.
  • Experience managing video editors, designers, creators, and freelancers.
  • Ability to translate a high-level concept into a detailed, actionable production plan.
  • Strong visual judgment and the ability to provide clear, constructive creative feedback.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where production priorities may change based on performance.
  • Familiarity with project-management and collaboration platforms such as Asana, Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Google Drive.
  • Basic familiarity with metrics such as customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, click-through rate, conversion rate, hook rate, and creative fatigue.
  • At least four hours of daily overlap with 8am–2pm US Mountain Time, with flexibility for real life.
  • Applicants must be happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
  • This is a full-time primary role, with no freelancing or second jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Turn approved concepts and scripts into clear, production-ready creative briefs.
  • Gather and organize raw footage, product imagery, testimonials, user-generated content, b-roll, graphics, voiceovers, and other required assets.
  • Coordinate projects across the growth team, copywriters, video editors, designers, creators, and freelancers.
  • Assign projects, communicate expectations, manage deadlines, and track every asset from concept through final delivery.
  • Give editors and designers clear direction on hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, captions, graphics, calls to action, and overall execution.
  • Manage feedback, revision rounds, approvals, and final quality control.
  • Ensure assets are delivered in the correct lengths, dimensions, aspect ratios, and variations for each advertising platform.
  • Maintain a reliable weekly production schedule that supports ongoing creative testing.
  • Organize creative files, source assets, working files, and final exports using consistent folder structures and naming conventions.
  • Maintain a production tracker showing the status, owner, due date, testing purpose, and next step for every asset.
  • Prepare for and help lead weekly creative meetings by identifying priorities, blockers, deadlines, and production needs.
  • Partner with the Head of Growth and media buyer to turn performance insights into new iterations of winning ads.
  • Contribute ideas for new concepts, hooks, and iterations based on what is working in production and performance data.
  • Help identify and manage freelance editors, designers, user-generated-content creators, and other production resources as creative volume increases.
  • Proactively identify missing assets, unclear instructions, timeline risks, and production bottlenecks before they delay delivery.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or other consumer products.
  • Experience producing creative for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience coordinating user-generated-content creators, customer testimonials, or remote content production.
  • Strategic creative instincts, including an eye for what makes a paid ad work and the ability to suggest concepts, angles, or improvements beyond the brief.
  • Familiarity with artificial-intelligence-assisted creative tools and emerging content-production workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of video-editing or design software, even if you will not personally edit every asset.
  • Experience building or improving a creative-production system for a growing brand.
