- Maintain organized filing systems and reporting, including confidential managerial and personnel records.

- Operate and maintain office equipment.
- Follow up on assignments delegated by management to ensure timely completion and status reporting.
- Perform administrative duties requiring knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and professional business terminology.
- Provide administrative support for human-resources processes such as personnel-records management and basic benefits coordination.
- Maintain and update employee data in human-resources systems and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment requirements.
- Respond to routine human-resources inquiries and redirect more complex issues to appropriate human-resources team members.
- Support supervisors with performance-management documentation and tracking.
- Assist with ad hoc human-resources projects such as employee surveys, data collection, and report preparation.
- Prepare confidential and recurring reports related to personnel data, turnover, and compliance as requested.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative and personnel processes.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for associates, candidates, and external partners.
- Perform additional administrative or departmental duties as assigned by management.
- Basic understanding of human-resources processes and employment-related documentation.
