Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Basis and Security Administrator.
  • Experience with at least two SAP implementations, upgrades, conversions, or migrations, including at least one implementation in the RISE with SAP context coordinating with SAP ECS.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet applications.

Responsibilities
  • Interface directly with Infrastructure, Networking, and Technical teams to understand requirements and support business functions and system capabilities.
  • Manage the complex SAP landscape end to end, including SAP system management, maintenance, operation, and SAP integration support.
  • Design, build, test, deploy, and manage SAP systems, including S/4HANA, BTP solutions and services, CPI, Datasphere, and other SAP solutions.
  • Implement the technical approach for SAP and non-SAP systems integrating with SAP solutions and manage SAP and third-party dependencies related to the SAP environment.
  • Design, implement, and maintain SAP security architecture, including roles, authorizations, and segregation-of-duties controls across the SAP landscape.
  • Plan and manage SAP system maintenance schedules in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including SAP ECS and RISE.
  • Apply SAP best practices.
  • Perform performance tuning, configuration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis related to HANA databases, S/4HANA, and other SAP SaaS solutions.
  • Implement, upgrade, and support current SAP system versions.
  • Oversee BTP landscape setup and maintenance, including single sign-on.
  • Own and drive ATEC's SAP infrastructure to support future needs and scalability while applying industry-leading best practices.
  • Drive design and engineering efficiency and optimize the development process for continuous product delivery.
  • Implement solutions that streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and improve the internal customer experience.
  • Document system architecture, security models, and operational procedures for a growing, well-governed SAP environment.
  • Provide on-call support during weekdays and weekends according to the schedule.
