Requirements
  • BSEE or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of: RF/Wireless system design/architecture, RF test, RF application engineering.
  • Track record of development and integration of wireless technologies into products.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical/ project management.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, curious, eager to learn, and be part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
  • Strategize, plan, and drive high-quality execution on schedule.
  • Manage/communicate status, issues, and drive effective resolutions.
  • Lead and develop new processes and ideas.
  • Foster strong networks and partnerships across Apple.
Desired Qualifications
  • MSEE, MBA, or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Working knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes in the consumer electronics space
  • Technical project/product management experience
  • Experience in one or more of: RF Design/architecture, RF Test, RF application engineering, wireless system design, or related fields.
  • Passion for leading continuous improvement, innovations, execution excellence, and quality.
