- Identify new client needs and make appropriate proposals.
- Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities, primarily in the FinTech sector.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast.
- Lead complex sales cycles and interact with decision-makers.
- Generate new leads through networking, pitches, events, Theodo partners, and external partners.
- Negotiate and sign projects under conditions that support successful delivery, including staffing, daily rates, and start dates.
- Initiate lobbying actions to close deals more quickly.
- Ensure complete client satisfaction and implement action plans when needed.
- Ensure continuity of the client relationship with the project team through kickoffs, steering committees, ceremonies, and governance, and track project progress.
- Ensure teams have the ideal conditions to successfully deliver projects.
- Perform delivery work on one or more projects during the first year.
- Understand client challenges and constraints, including budget, milestones, and technology stack, to define the engagement strategy.
- Model product value through product architecture, discovery, competitor research, and rapid market validation.
- Manage and coordinate all squads to deliver complex projects on time and at the expected quality level.
- Create and present governance interfaces to provide clarity to all project stakeholders.
- Build trusted client relationships while making appropriate trade-offs for the project, client, and teams.
- Identify opportunities to help clients with additional business problems.
- Work in partnership with a Solution Architect on deals.
- Write clear, inspiring, and impactful commercial proposals.
- Demonstrate the return on investment and communicate offer value through use cases and expertise.
- Lead responses to strategic requests for proposals, including coordination, structure, and pricing.
- Ensure proper contractual management of quotes and administrative sales documents.
- Ensure invoices are paid within the deadlines specified in the general terms of sale.
