Requirements
  • A high school diploma, equivalent education such as a GED, or post-secondary education is required.
  • At least two years of Human Resources or customer service-related experience is required.
  • General knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures and healthcare compliance is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet and database usage, Excel, and Microsoft Word, are required.
Responsibilities
  • Review and process HR service requests and transactions related to one or more HR specialties accurately and in accordance with procedures.
  • Adhere to service standards and metrics for all offerings and ensure that all service standards are met.
  • Provide information and navigate the organization and vendors on behalf of Northside Hospital employees.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Two years of HR Shared Services experience representing the HR or health insurance industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, is preferred.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment is preferred.
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and attitude are preferred.
  • Ability to work with many different people with different personalities is preferred.
