Project Planner

<strong>Job Requirements </strong><br><p>Education:</p><p>  - MBA in Project Management or Operations</p><p>  - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering</p><p> Employment Type: Full-time</p><p> Experience Level: 2-5 years</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Define milestones, deliverables, and timelines for engineering Task based deliverables</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules in the planning tools like Primavera P6/MS Project/Excel</li><li>Track the KPIs and highlight the challenges & support required</li><li>Conduct Root Cause Analysis and propose the action plans</li><li>Monitor project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts</li><li>Collaborate with Technical leadership & Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards</li><li>Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation for stakeholders</li></ul><br><br><strong>Work Experience </strong><br><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>Project planning, scheduling, or coordination (preferably in oil & gas or heavy engineering projects)</li><li>Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, ISO)</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</li></ul><p>Additional Skills:</p><ul><li>Dashboard development through Power-BI will be added advantage</li><li>Additional Exposure to Advanced Excel & Python will be beneficial</li></ul><br><br>
