About the job

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of product management experience shipping impactful B2B software products in startups or fast-moving environments.
  • A proven track record delivering end-to-end, from customer discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Ability to speak with users before forming opinions and synthesize what is learned into decisions the team supports.
  • Comfort working at a granular level of detail and enabling engineers and designers rather than only directing them.
  • Technical fluency to understand how software is built, engage meaningfully on tradeoffs, and familiarity with how AI and large language model products work.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and undefined problems.
  • High ownership, urgency, and accountability.
  • Experience presenting strategy and business reviews to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and design to shape and execute the product roadmap.
  • Work directly with customers to uncover pain points, operational bottlenecks, and workflow inefficiencies, then translate those insights into product decisions.
  • Define product strategy, success metrics, and execution plans across teams.
  • Drive adoption through training and enablement, and feed learnings back into the product.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building something from scratch and taking it from nothing to something customers depend on.
  • Experience building or shipping AI or large language model features in production, including evaluations, retrieval, and progressing from demo to reliable product.
  • Experience in a regulated or operationally complex domain such as construction, permitting, legal, healthcare, logistics, or similar.
  • Experience shipping a product adopted and depended on by an operations or services team.
