Requirements
  • Hardworking and highly organized professional, with strong communication skills
  • Sound understanding of project management and software development best practices

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage complex software releases from scope definition through support
  • Regularly review and update CRM process documentation to ensure accuracy and relevancy
  • Oversee and monitor various team collaboration processes including, but not limited to, Development and QA handoffs, Triage meetings, and Feature Squad meetings
  • Manage multiple multi-team projects
  • Identify bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance collaboration efficiency
  • Navigate teams through all phases of each project to ensure success
  • Drive risk assessment for any unplanned activities/features that may impact the release date or quality
  • Identify & track key success criteria for each project/release
  • Coordinate regular program team meetings with all stakeholders within Engineering and other cross-functional teams
  • Manage status reporting within the team and to executive management
  • Hold accountability for ensuring all engineering teams are meeting their committed deliverables
  • Ensure timely responses to critical customer issues, coordinating with necessary teams for resolution
  • Build positive team dynamics and relationships across the organization
