Compensation Overview

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage complex software releases from scope definition through support
• Regularly review and update CRM process documentation to ensure accuracy and relevancy. 
• Oversee and monitor various team collaboration processes including, but not limited to, Development and QA handoffs, Triage meetings, and Feature Squad meetings. 
• Manage multiple multi-team projects
• Identify bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance collaboration efficiency. 
• Navigate teams through all phases of each project to ensure success
• Drive risk assessment for any unplanned activities/features that may impact the release date or quality
• Identify & track key success criteria for each project/release
• Coordinate regular program team meetings with all stakeholders within Engineering and other cross-functional teams 
• Manage status reporting within the team and to executive management
• Hold accountability for ensuring all engineering teams are meeting their committed deliverables
• Ensure timely responses to critical customer issues, coordinating with necessary teams for resolution. 
• Build positive team dynamics and relationships across the organization

Requirements

• Hardworking and highly organized professional, with strong communication skills
• Sound understanding of project management and software development best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to design and communicate process steps is required
• 5+ years experience in a high-tech enterprise environment
• Ability to work well in a dynamic start-up environment across multiple teams with conflicting priorities
• Ability to manage change effectively and with a positive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with and understanding of CRM platforms  
• Experience working on SaaS enterprise applications

Compensation

• Base pay: $90,000 - $175,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
