- Establish efficient processes and structures to support rapid growth.
- Build, coach, and develop a dynamic team.
- Continuously track and report relevant KPIs, such as revenue, customer acquisition cost, and customer growth.
- Work closely with the founder team and other business areas.
- Experience with SaaS solutions or HR/payroll products is preferred.
