Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of professional software-building experience in a full-time role, excluding internships.
Professional experience with mainstream development technologies such as JavaScript, .NET, Python, iOS, Android, Java, or React.
Ability to work from the company's office in Westfield, Indiana without relocation financial assistance.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or work authorization based on OPT or CPT.

Responsibilities

Work in cross-functional teams to build products.
Mentor other engineers within the team.
Work on projects across life science, medical, aerospace, finance, and heavy machinery domains.
Build and deliver software while maintaining a clear understanding of client needs.
Guide team members toward effective solutions throughout all project stages.
Maintain project momentum through timely communication and problem solving with stakeholders.
Deepen team members' engineering expertise and technical capacity through constructive feedback.
Help the team, client, and company continuously improve.

What you'll be doing

Work in cross-functional teams to build product
Mentor other engineers within your team
Work on projects in a wide variety of domains: life science, medical, aerospace, finance, heavy machinery (did we mention we have a lot of variety!?)
Build and deliver great software while maintaining a clear understanding and vision of the client’s needs
Guide team members towards effective solutions during all stages of the project
