Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for consumer and retail experiences
  • Foster a positive team culture characterized by energy, hard work, honesty, and low ego
  • Launch multiple product-focused seasonal marketing campaigns annually, leveraging all marketing channels to effectively drive revenue in our stores
  • Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences in retail environments
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, paid ads, and influencer partnerships
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns
