Requirements
  • Experience building a team of high performing site reliability engineers
  • Managed a large software deployment in a complex cloud environment
  • Managed software deployments to physical assets including robots, vehicles, or other embedded deployments
  • Experience with tools such as (but not limited to) Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and AWS
  • Experience troubleshooting complex deployments of software to cloud and robotics systems
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
Responsibilities
  • Redefine and design how Lattice is deployed to novel environments such as edge nodes and air-gapped systems
  • Build a system and team to monitor and support Lattice environments across diverse configurations
  • Partner with Anduril Divisions to develop deployment and sustainment strategies for HW & SW products
  • Drive down total cost of ownership for deployed Lattice nodes and reduce or eliminate toil currently incurred by software engineers and operations staff
  • Manage and grow a team of SREs
  • Develop strategy for scaling Anduril SW Operations in support of growth
  • Responsible for a variety of Lattice deployments ranging from cloud to on-prem and tactical deployments
  • Understand the existing footprint and build out team charter/strategy/hiring roadmap to sustain Lattice's footprint
  • Work with cross functional teams to define operational readiness standards
  • Roll out process and technology changes to development teams and business stakeholders
