Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail experience, ideally in a supervisor or assistant manager capacity.
  • Experience with operational tools, including point-of-sale systems, scheduling systems, and inventory systems.
  • Ability to lead the floor, give feedback, and manage priorities.
  • Flexibility with scheduling to support team and business needs, including holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet.
Responsibilities
  • Lead by example on the sales floor by modeling storytelling, connection, and authentic guest experiences.
  • Coach and develop the team to create authentic guest experiences and drive results.
  • Support a best-in-class floor culture by celebrating wins and guiding growth.
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new Guides.
  • Foster relationships and encourage storytelling and collaboration.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to build a fun, dynamic, and purpose-driven team culture.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, floor coverage, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • Help manage key performance indicators, sales goals, and store performance.
  • Contribute to local engagement efforts, including events, partnerships, and volunteer initiatives.
  • Serve as a point person for store leadership in the Store Manager’s absence.
