Requirements
  • Strong demonstrable experience in senior sales, account management, partnership success, or business development.
  • Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth across partner accounts.
  • Expertise in solution selling, pipeline management, and complex corporate account engagement at C-suite/board level.
  • Deep product/service understanding and ability to develop expertise.
  • Experience leading and working cross-functionally across Operations, Product, Tech, and Specialist teams.
  • Ability to provide insightful contributions to internal business priorities.
  • Experience in Automotive is beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives of the UK largest dealerships, supporting their profitable growth through the use of Motorway’s products and services.
  • Communicate the Motorway value proposition, tailored to the specific needs of dealerships.
  • Achieve sales growth targets and secure dealers' commercial commitment to Motorway.
  • Introduce additional products and services to support dealers sales growth, for example, Motorway Pay and Motorway Move.
  • Act as the “voice of the dealer” within the business, providing insights to inform both short-term and long-term improvements.
  • Use data and tailor materials effectively to engage different audiences.
  • Drive engagement through pipeline management and effective solution prioritisation.
  • Display “best in class” senior account management routines and practices, balancing short-term responsiveness with long-term strategic focus.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
