  • Five plus years’ experience in logistics, shipping, and customs clearance.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and vendors effectively required.
  • Two years’ experience with offshore manufacturing coordination is a plus.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 and 13485 standards for medical device suppliers, distributors, and brokers preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar financial software strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for 200+ existing customers, building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Arrange all shipping and manage customs clearances, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and offshore manufacturing facilities to ensure seamless production and delivery processes.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment or mailing of products.
  • Oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus for managing invoicing, tracking expenses, and monitoring financials related to customer orders.
