Requirements

  • Administer, and analyze sales compensation plans; calculate and ensure timely, accurate commission payouts; recommend adjustments based on performance and benchmarks.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; analyze financial and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain models to support planning; conduct scenario analysis and monthly variance analysis to explain financial and sales performance.
  • Drive process enhancements in reporting and compensation; support ad-hoc financial analysis, including M&A and strategic projects.
