About this role:

The Easton Team Lead is a new leadership role dedicated to our valet operation at Easton Town Center, home to several of Columbus's premier restaurants. You are the senior Citrin team member on the ground each shift: a working valet who also sets the standard, leads the team at the stands, and owns our relationship with the property night to night. This role was created to raise the bar on property, and it is a direct path into salaried management.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday!

Responsibilities

What’s the job like?

• Lead the stand:

  • Serve as the senior Citrin team member on property, leading valets across the Easton stands during your shift
  • Run the pre-shift huddle: brief the team on the night's reservations, busy times, and need-to-know expectations
  • Own the valet lane
  • Model and enforce property policies
  • Escalate any significant incident to Citrin leadership and Easton property management
  • Check in and out with restaurant management at the start and end of each shift
  • Coach the team on presentation standards

  Deliver the service:

  • Be the first face of hospitality for Easton's high-end restaurants
  • As the first point of contact with the guest, offer a warm and welcoming greeting
  • Tell every guest about our text-ahead process and set expectations on return times
  • Inspect vehicles and document any issues on the ticket before claiming possession
  • Ensure each vehicle remains in its original condition throughout the visit

Qualifications

Requirements

• 1+ year of valet, hospitality, or customer service experience; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred (reflected in starting wage)
• Comfortable setting the standard with peers, holding a team accountable, and escalating issues promptly
• Valid driver's license held for at least one year (not including a learner's permit) and a good driving record
• At least 18 years of age
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to stand through an entire shift and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging, including jogging to and from vehicle parking locations and up and down stairs
• Comfortable being outside during inclement weather
• Friday/ Saturday evening Avalibility Required 

DashCams: Citrin invested in the safety of team members by implementing dashcams. The purpose of dashcams are to protect our drivers while driving and improve off-site driving behaviors. All Citrin team members are required to use dashcams while operating vehicles.
