Requirements
  • 5+ years in an analytics role, preferably within a product analytics org, with at least 1 year of experience managing and coaching a team of analysts or data scientists.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL, with extensive experience using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Sigma, or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation design.
  • Deep understanding of how product analytics can drive business growth.
  • Experience with event-based data collection and related technical concepts.
Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of product analysts, ensuring high quality and impactful insights.
  • Develop and execute experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and contextual bandits to inform product decisions.
  • Evaluate the performance of new and existing features, using data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create analytical frameworks to measure and monitor product KPIs.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define business problems, perform deep analysis, and drive the product roadmap.
  • Be an authority on data-driven decision-making within the product and engineering organization.
  • Facilitate the democratization of data across teams and levels of the business.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to dive deep into user interaction and engagement data.
  • Translate complex data analyses into clear and compelling narratives that inform strategic product decisions.
