  • Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be contributing to several projects simultaneously; maintain and regularly update multiple project schedules
Responsibilities
  • Use an array of tools to produce a variety of materials that promote learning
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand sales goals, challenges, and opportunities, and develop sales enablement initiatives to support them
  • Create and maintain sales training programs, materials, and resources to onboard new hires and continuously upskill existing sales team members
  • Develop and implement sales playbooks, tools, and resources to streamline sales processes and improve sales effectiveness
  • Partner with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, positioning, and collateral with sales objectives
  • Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and use insights to drive informed decision-making
  • Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and best practices among the sales team
