  • Experience building training programs and using learning management systems
  • Experience developing high performing teams
  • Curriculum development experience
  • Experience with employee engagement surveys and continuous feedback software
  • Experience operating in a fast paced, growing environment
  • Experience designing a learning & development strategy
  • Deep expertise of the learning and development space
  • Experience creating strong partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Experience interpreting data to create insights
Responsibilities
  • Creates, defines and implements company-wide learning and development programs
  • Develops success metrics for programs and leverages data
  • Partners closely with the People team and leaders
  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials
  • Supports employee feedback cycle and associated continuous feedback programs
  • Coordinates with EHS&S regarding safety related training
  • Designs content, coordinates and facilitates employee onboarding programs
  • Partners with the People team and the business for intern program success
  • Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development
  • Oversees the design and implementation of talent development processes
  • Collaborates with leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees
  • Designs and implements diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Communicates / Markets learning events and opportunities to employees
  • Partners with HRBPs and the business to increase employee engagement
