About the job
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Knowledge and experience in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of the credit and financial industry.

- Handle phone calls, emails, and chat requests.
- Process incoming correspondence, including calls, emails, and chats, efficiently to meet performance standards.
- Investigate account discrepancies, including payment research.
- Complete collection calls to meet required performance standards.
- Confirm and/or negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain established goals for delinquencies, repossessions, and net losses.
- Investigate customer account discrepancies.
- Stay informed about changes to policies and procedures.
- Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
- Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and a people-first attitude in customer service.
- Escalate more complex or difficult issues to the team leader.
- Be willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business needs.
- An associate or bachelor's degree in a related or comparable field is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
