Inato raises $20M to expand clinical trial site matching platform

Inato, a clinical trial site matching platform, has raised $20 million in Series A2 funding led by Cathay Innovation, with participation from returning investor Obvious Ventures and new backers La Maison and Top Harvest Capital. The company previously raised $14 million in 2020. Inato's platform connects pharmaceutical companies with clinical trial sites. The company aims to increase patient participation and diversity in clinical trials. The funding will support international expansion, product development and hiring. Inato plans to develop diversity offerings aligned with new FDA requirements and enhance its oncology-specific enrollment and data matching capabilities.
