Together's Goldberg wins outstanding achievement award at MSSLA 2026. Former Together chief executive Marc Goldberg has won the outstanding achievement award at the Mortgage Strategy Specialist Lending Awards 2026. The ceremony took place at The Belfry Hotel & Resort on 15 September, in partnership with Black & White Bridging. Goldberg was a longstanding member of Together and officially retired in December 2026. The award presentation speech was given by Together chief commercial officer Ryan Etchells. Etchells said: "I first met this year's recipient in 2007, when I joined one of Together's first graduate intakes. As I moved around the business, one person seemed to know absolutely everyone. "Not just their names, but who they worked with, which deals they were involved in, where those deals had come from and, quite possibly, what they had eaten for breakfast.
Together hires corporate sales director for London and the South. Property lender Together has announced the appointment of banking and corporate real estate expert Arun Jeyerajah as the finance firm expands its regional presence. Arun, who has more than two decades' experience in financial services, has been appointed the business's corporate sales director for London and the South. At Together, he will be responsible for promoting the specialist lender's award-winning products, including bridging loans, commercial mortgages and development finance, to professional sector introducers and direct customers across a wide geographical area. Arun will be part of the lender's Corporate team, which provides finance to individuals and businesses seeking larger loans from £1m to more than £20m. He said: "Together is a fantastic business with an appetite to lend on the more complex high-value corporate deals and has a nimble structure, which allows much more access to decision-makers than I've had working for more institutional lenders. "The business has the ability to move quickly, think flexibly and structure finance around the individual needs of our clients, allowing our clients to seize opportunities in the commercial real estate market in London and the South. "It's a dynamic market and full of opportunity for experienced property professionals, and having the right funding partner for larger deals can make all the difference to them realising their property ambitions." Arun began his career in financial services in 2004 as trainee independent financial adviser on the Barclay's graduate scheme before being promoted the corporate banking team as a risk director. He later moved to Santander, helping to grow its corporate bank offering, before joining HSBC as mid-market relationship director, later taking on a portfolio of FTSE-listed companies as a director for large corporate business at the bank. Taking a break from finance, he spent a year as a London-based Global Client Director at US tech company Cisco, moving to a new role back in the banking sector with Swedish headquartered Handelsbanken in 2021. Before taking up his current position at Together, which has a loan book of £8.4bn, he was area director for real estate in London and the East for Lloyds. In his new role, he will report to Mark Eastwood, the group's director of corporate sales. Mark said: "Arun has a wealth of experience and has proved his skills in building an impressive network of clients and introducers across the South of England and he will be a major asset for the team at Together. "We've identified London and the South as one of our key areas as we continue to expand the Together brand across the UK, providing even more customers with the speed, flexibility and certainty they need to complete the larger and more complex property transactions."

Brickflow and Together launch instant automated DIPs for brokers. The AutoDIP functionality is available for Together's bridging loans and commercial term products through the Brickflow platform. Brickflow and Together have launched an automated decision in principle (DIP) capability, enabling brokers to receive instant DIPs for selected commercial property finance cases. Developed through an integration between the two firms, the AutoDIP functionality is available for Together's bridging loans and commercial term products through the Brickflow platform. The firms said brokers can submit case details through Brickflow, with eligible Together products appearing alongside other matching lenders. Once Together is selected, brokers can request a DIP directly within the platform, with an automated decision returned in seconds without manual intervention. Brickflow said the new functionality is designed to reduce duplication, minimise manual errors and speed up the early stages of the lending process. Glenn Franklin-Jones, director of lender relations at Brickflow, said: "This launch represents a meaningful step forward in modernising the broker application journey. "By delivering instant DIPs through automation, we're providing brokers with faster certainty, reducing friction, and helping them progress cases more efficiently for their clients." Tanya Elmaz, managing director of intermediary sales at Together, added: "Working with Brickflow allows The Intermediary to deliver faster, clearer outcomes for brokers at the very start of the lending journey. "Instant automated DIPs help brokers move with confidence and provide borrowers with certainty sooner."
