Requirements
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles

Responsibilities
  • Provide calendar management support to executives, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Support the planning and execution of offsite and onsite events and meetings, particularly for our Bay Area teams.
  • Organize and manage office activities, including maintaining an efficient and well-functioning workspace, ordering supplies, and troubleshooting basic office equipment issues.
  • Review key information from mail and other sources, and ensure that critical updates are efficiently communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, including processing and distribution.
