Requirements
  • 7–12+ years of progressive experience in strategic program management, enterprise transformation, management consulting, business operations, organizational transformation, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives sponsored by executive and organizational leadership.
  • Translate strategic objectives and executive priorities into clear programs, workstreams, milestones, deliverables, ownership, and measures of success.
  • Maintain end-to-end visibility into initiative progress and ensure execution remains aligned with intended business outcomes.
  • Coordinate dependencies and actions across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Identify execution risks, blockers, and accountability gaps early and drive appropriate resolution.
  • Ensure initiatives progress beyond planning and achieve meaningful implementation, adoption, and measurable results.
  • Develop structured implementation plans for strategic initiatives, including scope, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, risks, and decision points.
  • Break complex or ambiguous priorities into manageable phases and actionable workstreams.
  • Establish realistic execution sequencing and clarify requirements across participating functions.
  • Monitor progress against commitments and ensure agreed actions are completed on time.
  • Adjust plans appropriately as business priorities, constraints, or conditions change.

  • Coordinate cross-functional adoption of new processes and operating practices.
  • Identify gaps between intended operating models and actual execution and help leadership close those gaps.
  • Support the transition of completed initiatives into sustainable ongoing operations with clear ownership and measurement.
  • Establish appropriate measures of success for strategic initiatives and maintain visibility into expected versus actual outcomes.
  • Connect initiative milestones to broader organizational performance objectives where appropriate.
  • Identify when activity is not translating into results and drive corrective action with accountable stakeholders.
  • Support leadership in clarifying targets, deliverables, and performance expectations for major initiatives.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, technology services, or another fast-paced, performance-driven organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Project Management Professional certification, Lean Six Sigma, change-management, Agile, or another relevant program, process, or transformation certification.
