Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience loading, unloading, and transporting construction equipment is required.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds is required.
  • PC experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and general computer literacy is required.
  • The ability to work overtime and weekends when needed is required.
  • Excellent written, email, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, including no more than two minor violations within the past three years and no major violations within the past five years.
  • The ability to work outdoors and in shop environments, including exposure to weather and moderate to high noise levels, is required.
  • The ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis is required.
  • The ability to wear approved safety equipment, such as safety glasses or side shields, when needed is required.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect, wash, and prepare all equipment returning from rentals for the shop.
  • Maintain a neatly organized, safe, and presentable store and yard.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Scan rental equipment during delivery and return processes and maintain the associated paperwork.
  • Inspect returned equipment for damage incurred during the rental period and complete the proper documentation.
  • Process and maintain all associated paperwork.
  • Perform other related duties as requested or assigned.
  • Work overtime as needed during peak season.
  • Transport equipment locally when required.
