About the Job

Requirements

  • Experience leading complex enterprise customer programs in technical customer success, customer/program/project management, technical account management, or solutions delivery, with a track record of driving multi-team initiatives to completion.
  • Be organized, persistent, comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving startup environment, and proactive in determining next steps, owners, and deadlines.
  • Have enough technical curiosity and depth to participate comfortably in discussions involving SRE, observability, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes, integrations such as Splunk, Datadog, or ServiceNow, and enterprise security/compliance reviews.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with customers and internal teams, and obtain concise, unambiguous commitments from Engineering and Product.
  • Be customer-focused and relationship-driven, with sound judgment in balancing customer advocacy against realistic internal prioritization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer program end-to-end from onboarding through adoption, tracking required actions, owners, blockers, and priorities.
  • Drive accountability across teams by bringing Engineering deliverables to closure, putting Product decisions before the appropriate stakeholders, and clarifying competing priorities.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder technical deliverables through completion, including enterprise security questionnaires, assigning owners and following open items through to sign-off.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for program status, open items, owners, and dates.
  • Build strong customer relationships, understand customer success criteria, and maintain engagement throughout onboarding and adoption.
  • Provide customers with proactive, clear, and specific status updates while they are waiting on progress.
  • Ensure Ciroos delivers measurable value against customer priorities, beyond the original kickoff scope.
  • Engage credibly with customer SRE, observability, cloud/infrastructure, security, and enterprise IT stakeholders, understanding technical topics such as integrations, permissions, data handling, and deployment mechanics well enough to move discussions forward.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering and Engineering on technical questions, security/compliance reviews, and integration requests that arise during programs, translating between customer language and internal owners.
  • Flag risks early, including stalled dependencies, unanswered questions, and unclear ownership.
  • Build lightweight trackers, templates, and cadences that make subsequent customer programs easier to run.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing programs for large enterprise or Fortune 500 customers with multiple stakeholders, including security, IT, SRE, procurement, and legal, and layered internal approvals.
  • Background working alongside SRE, DevOps, or observability teams, or prior experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup, including comfort with ambiguity and building processes rather than inheriting them.
  • Familiarity with IT service management and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Slack, Jira, or Linear.
