  • Five to ten years of relevant speaking, industry, or subject-matter experience is required.
  • Candidates must demonstrate recognized subject-matter expertise, strong communication, and proven engagement outcomes.
  • Candidates must be able to deliver public speaking, storytelling, audience engagement, and adaptability.
  • Candidates must be available for in-person and virtual events, flexible in schedule, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Candidates must understand and be proficient with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office; advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio are ideal.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver impactful, purpose-driven academic achievement speaker sessions that engage, inform, and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Design and deliver presentations, customize content, engage with audience question-and-answer sessions, and represent core themes aligned with academic achievement subject matter.
  • Contribute to the speaker bureau knowledge base and mentor junior speakers.
  • Support professional services engagements for education and academia sector clients.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and fulfill annual goals and objectives and support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian Consulting.
