Kinaxis reported strong second quarter 2026 results, with SaaS revenue up 20% year-over-year and annual recurring revenue growing 19%. The supply chain planning software company raised its full-year guidance for both total and SaaS revenue growth. The firm saw record expansion bookings from existing customers, growing over 70% year-over-year, driven by new capabilities including agentic AI and advanced inventory optimisation. Approximately 10% of Kinaxis's installed base now has paid or trial subscriptions for its Maestro Agents product, and nearly all new major deals include a bundle of agents. Adjusted EBITDA rose 23% to $41.4 million, representing a 26% margin. However, foreign exchange headwinds negatively impacted revenue by approximately $900,000 in the quarter. The company expects professional services revenue to decline in the second half as more implementation work shifts to system integrator partners.
Kinaxis launches Maestro for Data Centers to help data centers strengthen supply chain planning July 29, 2026, 19:29 | Commercial Times, Xie Yiyan According to Gartner [1], the global data center investment scale will exceed $650 billion in 2026. The ensuing supply chain challenges force companies to make capacity, infrastructure, and procurement decisions under high uncertainty ahead of time. Kinaxis Inc. (TSX:KXS), a global leader in supply chain coordination, announced the launch of Maestro for Data Centers, which brings scenario simulation and concurrent coordination capabilities to data center supply chains, helping companies assess feasibility, supply constraints, and potential risks before making decisions on capacity expansion, key equipment procurement, and large-scale construction. A recent Kinaxis white paper points out that disruptions in today's high-tech supply chains are no longer occasional but persistent fluctuations. Traditional planning models still proceed step by step according to demand, supply, manufacturing, finance, and other processes, executing only with predefined plans during the planning cycle. Therefore, when environmental conditions change, the impact expands to components, capacity, and finance. As planning is no longer a linear process following cycles, concurrent coordination has become a key core change for enterprises. High-tech business leaders are shifting from traditional fixed cycles to this approach to improve decision agility and competitiveness. Phillip Teschemacher, President of Kinaxis Asia Pacific, said that in supply chain planning, structural gaps often appear in recurring patterns across different teams, decision-making processes, and time spans. When environmental conditions change, coordination and consistency begin to break down. Data centers are the most capital-intensive and far-reaching investments in the digital infrastructure ecosystem. Not only does each decision involve billions of dollars in investment commitments, but their feasibility is often verified only after key commitments are made. Therefore, Maestro for Data Centers aims not only to help customers understand the current situation but also to maintain confidence in future decisions when conditions change. Kinaxis Maestro for Data Centers helps companies transform 'what-if scenarios' into 'executable strategies'. In the data center supply chain, whether expanding capacity, supplying critical infrastructure, manufacturing semiconductors, or large-scale construction, companies need to make billions of dollars in investment decisions before they have certainty. Kinaxis Maestro for Data Centers is designed for enterprises driving the data center economy. Based on Kinaxis's mature high-tech industry templates and the Kinaxis Maestro platform, it helps companies assess feasibility, constraints, and trade-offs before making decisions on capacity expansion, critical infrastructure procurement, managing long-lead-time equipment, or supporting large-scale construction. Maestro for Data Centers helps companies achieve: - Verify actual capacity feasibility before committing; - Compare expansion options and understand their impact in real time; - Identify long-lead-time equipment and key supplier constraints early; - Coordinate feasible outcomes among stakeholders such as operations, procurement, finance, and senior management; - Enhance visibility into potential risks, bottlenecks, and alternatives. Through pre-configured workflows, analytical tools, and scenario-based decision support functions, companies can verify feasibility before committing, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and increase decision confidence. As data center capacity demand continues to grow, future expansion decisions will involve larger scale, higher complexity, and more critical strategic impact. Kinaxis believes every capacity commitment should be executable. Therefore, we are committed to helping organizations in the data center supply chain assess feasibility before making commitments, coordinate decisions across teams, and move forward with greater confidence.

ScottsMiracle-Gro cultivates end-to-end Supply Chain agility with Kinaxis. Kinaxis Maestro(TM) unifies planning to drive faster decisions and stronger results across a complex North American network OTTAWA, Ontario-(BUSINESS WIRE)- Kinaxis(R)(TSX: KXS), a global leader in end-to-end supply chain planning and orchestration, today announced that ScottsMiracle-Gro, the leading marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden products in North America, is expanding its partnership with Kinaxis. The move will further optimize its supply chain planning operations as part of a broader transformation initiative, building on proven success and results achieved in recent years. Operating in a seasonal environment, where demand can be impacted by regional weather patterns, retailer promotions, and shifting consumer behavior, ScottsMiracle-Gro is investing further in the Kinaxis Maestro(TM) platform to improve planning accuracy and strengthen end-to-end supply chain orchestration across its North American network. This transformation reflects the company's focus on supply chain technology as a foundational necessity. By connecting planning, decision-making, and execution on a unified platform, the company aims to improve responsiveness, optimize performance, and better navigate volatility while supporting long-term growth and operational efficiency. Prior to working with Kinaxis, ScottsMiracle-Gro relied on manual workflows with limited standardization across business units, making it challenging to respond quickly during peak demand periods. By moving to a unified, AI-powered platform, the company is enabling a more cohesive planning model to orchestrate decisions in real time, deliver stronger business outcomes at scale to the benefit of its customers and consumers. "Consumer satisfaction is a core conviction for our company," said David Huskisson, Senior Vice President, at ScottsMiracle-Gro. "To deliver high-quality, dependable products when and where consumers expect them, we needed a supply chain platform that is dynamic, reliable and responsive. Kinaxis is enabling us to better manage demand and navigate volatility while supporting our growth objectives and strengthening service to our retail partners." Advanced scenario planning and orchestration capabilities were a key factor in the decision. With the ability to model weather shifts, material constraints and production trade-offs in real time within Maestro, ScottsMiracle-Gro can respond faster to changing conditions, such as a sudden spike in demand triggered by the first warm spring weekend, while reducing the risk of stockouts and eliminating inefficiencies. "ScottsMiracle-Gro is operating at the intersection of demand volatility and high customer expectation," said Mark Morgan, President of Global Commercial Operations at Kinaxis. "With Maestro, they are building a more connected, agile supply chain that can sense change, evaluate options, and respond with confidence. By expanding our relationship and bringing planning, decision-making, and execution together on a single platform, they are enabling teams to orchestrate actions across the business, adapt faster to volatility, and create a competitive advantage in an increasingly unpredictable market." David Huskisson will join Kinaxis CEO Razat Gaurav on June 23 at 9:50 CDT at Reuters Supply Chain USA for a keynote, Operational Orchestration in Practice: Turning Volatility into Competitive Advantage. Together, they'll explore how connecting plans, decisions, and coordinated actions across supply chain and operations teams are driving stronger alignment and execution with Maestro.
