Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Joko's B2B Marketing Growth engine to position Joko as a leading player in the retail ecosystem and attract and retain the biggest merchants on our platform in France and the US, leveraging AI, innovative ideas, and new technologies to scale impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure seamless alignment and communication across all marketing initiatives.
  • Build and deliver impactful marketing assets and account-based marketing tactics that convert, from pitch decks and case studies to market studies, newsletters, and website management.
  • Elevate Joko’s presence in the market through event strategy by creating and executing owned events, as well as managing participation in third-party events such as 1to1 Monaco, Biarritz and international events.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team: manage, mentor, and support current and future B2B marketing teammates.
  • Track and analyze key B2B marketing KPIs, using insights to continuously drive lead generation and deal acceleration.

Joko operates a mobile shopping app that gives users cashback, coupons, and discounts from a wide range of retailers. It earns commissions through affiliate marketing when users make purchases via the app. The app is free for users and automatically calculates the carbon footprint of each transaction, encouraging more conscious consumption. How it works: users browse partners in the app, activate deals, and make purchases through affiliate links to get rewards; the platform tracks sales and credits cashback automatically to the user’s account. How it is different: it combines traditional cashback and coupon offers with real-time carbon footprint insights for each purchase, offering environmental visibility alongside savings, within a broad consumer market. What the company aims for: to help people save money on everyday spending while promoting greener consumption and to grow its affiliate network across retailers.
