  • 3+ years of leadership experience building and managing teams specializing in Robotics / Perception Algorithm development.
  • 5+ years of hands on experience in Robotics Algorithms focusing on Perception and Localization.
  • Experience with integration of Perception Machine Learning Models
  • Expert understanding of multimodal sensor fusion
  • Software architectural and design experience
  • Ability to focus on the essential, in exclusion of all else and above all, driven to ship.
  • Masters or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
  • C/C++, Python and ML/Algorithm tools and debug experience
