- Govern QAD change requests, upgrades, and configuration changes required during the transition window.
- Own the global Salesforce platform strategy, application roadmap, license governance, and release management.
- Lead the Salesforce transformation programme and remain accountable for delivery against agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Engage regional chief executive, chief operating, and chief financial officers and commercial leadership to align CRM capabilities with business-development and revenue objectives.
- Drive Salesforce adoption across global commercial teams, working with regional IT leads to support localized rollout.
- Manage Salesforce partner relationships, including commercial performance, scope governance, and renewal negotiations.
- Manage digital-solutions vendor relationships and other enterprise resource planning and customer-relationship-management partners.
- Support contract and statement-of-work reviews with the Global IT Manager and Legal Counsel.
- Monitor vendor service-level-agreement performance and promptly escalate issues with appropriate documentation.
- Identify cost-optimization opportunities across the digital-platform vendor portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Global Technical Lead on integration patterns between SAP, Salesforce, and underlying IT infrastructure.
- Ensure platform implementations adhere to integration standards, application-programming-interface governance, and clean-core principles.
- Own functional integration specifications for enterprise resource planning and customer-relationship-management platforms and partner with the Global Technical Lead on technical delivery.
- Provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight across platform workstreams, vendor relationships, and implementation partners.
- Engage regional chief executive, chief operating, and chief financial officers with clarity, commercial awareness, and credibility.
- Contribute to IT leadership-team meetings through regular platform-portfolio status reporting.
- Work with the IT PMO Lead to ensure enterprise resource-planning and customer-relationship-management workstreams are governed, tracked, and accurately reported.
- Collaborate with regional IT leads across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia on local platform requirements.
- Establish working knowledge of Bimeda's SAP, QAD, and Salesforce landscape, including current state, active projects, and open risks.
- Assume ownership of the Vision33 and Clicks partner relationships and active delivery workstreams.
- Produce a consolidated enterprise resource-planning and customer-relationship-management platform roadmap for review by the Global IT Manager.
- Identify and communicate immediate risks, scope gaps, and commercial issues across the platform portfolio.
- Build credibility with at least two regional business stakeholders through proactive engagement on their platform priorities.
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification or equivalent formal training.
- Salesforce certification, such as Administrator or Platform App Builder, or equivalent.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, animal-health, fast-moving consumer-goods, or regulated-manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power BI in an enterprise context.
- Project-management certification such as Project Management Professional or PRINCE2.
- Experience with QAD ERP in a manufacturing or distribution context.

New treatment for bovine endometritis. 4 Aug 2026 11:00 AM Bimeda UK has launched Bimacure, which it says is the UK's first generic intrauterine cefapirin suspension for cattle, for the treatment of subacute and chronic endometritis. The formulation contains 500mg cefapirin per syringe and is for use in cows at least 14 days after parturition. It is supplied in packs of 10 sets each of syringes, administration catheters and gloves; the catheter and syringe connection have been designed to avoid 'pop offs' at critical moments. The firm says feedback about the product from other markets has been "extremely positive".
