A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
At least 2 years of project coordination or management experience.
At least 1 year of quality assurance testing experience, including test case creation and execution.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp.
A strong understanding of retail systems, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for retail information technology systems.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Plan and coordinate information technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, vendors, and retail staff.
Track project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
Identify and document defects, working with developers to ensure resolution.
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards before deployment.
Support user training and system adoption after implementation.
Stay updated on retail industry trends and emerging technologies.
Desired Qualifications
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) certification is preferred but not required.

We are seeking a motivated (Senior) IT Business Analyst to join our team! You will be playing an integral part in IT Business Analyst team. If you like working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and fostering alignment among key stakeholders – then this role is for you!
What you ‘ll be doing
Business Analysis:

Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
